Backface Culling must be enabled for the outline to work correctly. In Blender, this can be done in the Settings tab in Material Properties.

Use the "pg_ken1_1.png" image texture as a blending factor to mix black and teal. For reference, the color of the outline in-game is #3d708e.

Ideally, an emission shader should be used instead of principled or diffuse. Phantom Ganon's texture does not reflect light in-game and is always the same color regardless of lighting.
